What you'll do
- Provide safety expertise to cross-functional teams on safe processes, engineering, and ergonomic solutions; establish and communicate safety performance measures.
- Support store and supply chain compliance, represent Target in OSHA events, and respond to citations and enforcement actions.
- Partner across compliance teams to develop standards and incorporate safety into training and best practices.
