Supports Target construction project managers by overseeing onsite construction, coordinating contractors and materials, managing schedules and quality, resolving issues, and completing store and building turnover.
What you'll do
- Oversee contractors, vendors, installers, site work, and construction quality; inspect deliveries and reconcile quantities with purchase orders.
- Help manage schedules, change, contractual disputes, communication conflicts, delays, and performance issues; report to Target Headquarters as required.
- Orient store and Property Management teams to completed buildings, deliver turnover packages, and mentor new OSRs.
