About the job
A paid, 40-hour-per-week internship that trains and prepares participants for retail store leadership by leading teams, supporting daily operations, and delivering guest service.
What you'll do
- Lead team members around daily store priorities, sales goals, and guest experience.
- Coach and support team members, address operational hurdles, and help build an inclusive, safe team culture.
- Review business reports and guest insights, plan goals, and communicate results and priorities with store leaders.
