A paid, hands-on retail leadership internship that prepares participants for a Target Executive Team Leader role by developing skills in store operations, team leadership, sales, and guest service.

- Lead team members in daily store priorities and support safe, smooth operations across the salesfloor and backroom.
- Coach and train team members, support performance and goal attainment, and help build an inclusive team culture.
- Review business reports and guest insights, plan daily goals, and help deliver sales and guest-service results.
