A paid, hands-on retail management internship preparing interns for a Target store leadership role by leading teams, supporting store operations, and delivering guest service.
What you'll do
- Lead team members in daily store priorities, including salesfloor and backroom work, stocking, merchandising, and safety.
- Coach and support team members, set goals, review business results, and help improve sales, service, and operations.
