A paid, hands-on store leadership internship that trains interns to lead teams, support daily retail operations, and deliver guest service while previewing an Executive Team Leader role.
What you'll do
- Lead and align team members around daily store priorities, including salesfloor and backroom operations.
- Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members while supporting performance and goal attainment.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, and help address operational or service opportunities.
