A paid, full-time store leadership internship that provides hands-on training in leading teams, store operations, sales, and guest service as a preview of an Executive Team Leader role.
What you'll do
- Lead team members in daily store priorities, operations, sales, and guest service.
- Work with a mentor and store leaders on coaching, performance feedback, business goals, and operational opportunities.
- Participate in leadership training and support safe, inclusive, and compliant store operations.
