A paid, 40-hour-per-week retail leadership internship that trains interns to lead store teams, support daily operations, and deliver guest service while previewing the Executive Team Leader role.
What you'll do
- Lead team members on daily store priorities, including salesfloor and backroom operations, merchandising, and guest service.
- Coach and support team members, help set goals, and address performance or operational issues with store leaders.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, and share results, priorities, and improvement ideas with peers and leaders.
