A paid, hands-on store leadership internship where you learn to lead retail teams, support daily operations, and improve guest experience and store performance.
What you'll do
- Lead and support team members in daily store priorities, operations, and guest service.
- Learn retail leadership through mentoring, coaching, training, and managing departmental goals.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, and help address operational opportunities.
