A paid, hands-on store leadership internship that trains interns to lead teams, support store operations, and improve guest experience and business performance.
What you'll do
- Lead team members around daily store priorities, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Coach and support team members, help set goals, and contribute to sales, service, and operational performance.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, identify opportunities, and communicate results and priorities with store leaders.
