About the job
A paid, 40-hour-per-week retail leadership internship that trains interns to lead store teams, support daily operations, and deliver guest service and sales results.
What you'll do
- Lead team members on daily store priorities and support safe, smooth store operations.
- Coach and develop team members, help set goals, and address operational or performance issues.
- Review business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities and improve service and results.
