A paid, hands-on retail leadership internship that trains and prepares interns to lead store teams and operations, with a preview of the Executive Team Leader role.
What you'll do
- Lead team members in daily store priorities, supporting sales, operations, safety, and guest service.
- Coach and train team members, plan goals, review business results, and address operational or team concerns.
- Participate in internship training and development while learning store business areas alongside an Executive Team Lead mentor.
