About the job
A paid, full-time retail leadership internship that trains interns to lead store teams, support daily operations, and deliver guest service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Lead team members on daily store priorities, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Coach and support team members, help plan department goals, and work with store leaders to address performance and operational opportunities.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, and communicate results and priorities to store leaders.
