A paid, hands-on store leadership internship that trains and prepares interns to lead teams, support daily operations, and deliver guest service in a Target store.
What you'll do
- Lead team members in daily store priorities and support sales, service, and operational goals.
- Coach and develop team members, address concerns, and help build an inclusive, safe team culture.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, plan priorities, and share results with store leaders.
