A paid, hands-on store leadership internship where participants learn to lead retail teams, support daily operations, and deliver guest service and sales results.
What you'll do
- Lead team members in daily store priorities, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Coach and support team members, help address concerns, and contribute to team performance and goal attainment.
- Review business reporting and guest insights, plan daily goals, and share results and priorities with store leaders.
