Leads Target’s Style team to deliver guest service, meet sales goals, maintain apparel merchandising and replenishment, and develop team members.
What you'll do
- Coach and hold team members accountable for guest experience, safety, and operational standards.
- Plan and execute department workload, sales-floor merchandising, promotions, and apparel backroom replenishment.
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics and take action to improve results.
