Leads Target’s Style team to deliver guest service and sales goals through team development, merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while ensuring consistent guest service and operations.
- Plan and execute department workload, merchandising, pricing, inventory, and replenishment to meet sales goals.
- Model safety and security practices and support store leadership and guest services as needed.
