Target Plus Item Onboarding Analyst

What you'll do

• Guide sellers through item data mapping, product classification, and content requirements; manage onboarding projects end to end.
• Assess item readiness and performance, investigate data issues, and drive resolution with sellers and internal teams.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to tools, processes, automation, and seller guidance.

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing business needs, with initiative, sound judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Item Data, digital commerce, and Marketplace.

Pay

$58,100.00 - $104,600.00 USD base salary
