About the job
Own full-stack ML research and engineering to train models and build evaluations, data pipelines, and infrastructure that help AI systems make better subjective judgments, starting with design.
What you'll do
- Train reward models, classifiers, judges, and verifiers; develop evaluations and benchmarks for subjective domains.
- Run post-training experiments on open-source models and build the infrastructure and end-to-end pipelines to support them.
- Collaborate with AI labs and creative experts on pilots and experiments, and publish blogs and whitepapers.
