Help customers design, integrate, troubleshoot, and scale solutions built on Tavus’s AI platform, while supporting Sales and Customer Success.
What you'll do
- Architect solutions with customers; debug API requests and production integrations, and resolve technical issues.
- Create developer resources and improve documentation; identify recurring problems and work with engineering on root-cause fixes.
- Enable enterprise teams on integration and scaling best practices; automate and streamline support processes.

- Ability to build, deploy, and debug an end-to-end application, or equivalent strong development capability.
- Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar, and with APIs, webhooks, and complex technical integrations.
