Leads a bank store’s daily service, sales, and operations, coaching colleagues to provide customer advice, build relationships, meet business goals, and maintain compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver customer service, financial advice, sales, and referrals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including compliance, risk management, audits, and transaction quality.
- Manage customer escalations, lead-generation activities, scheduling, and store performance objectives.
