Leads a retail bank store’s daily service, sales, and operations, coaching colleagues and advising customers while meeting business, compliance, and customer-experience goals.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team to deliver customer service, financial advice, sales, and referrals.
- Oversee store operations, compliance, risk controls, audits, scheduling, and day-to-day transactions.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and manage customer outreach, appointments, and lead follow-up.
