Leads a bank store’s daily service, sales, and operations, coaching colleagues to deliver personalized financial advice and meet customer, business, and compliance goals.
What you'll do
- Directs and develops the store team, setting work priorities and coaching colleagues on service, sales, advice, and performance.
- Oversees customer relationships, referrals, lead management, and resolution of complex or escalated customer issues.
- Manages store operations, including compliance, risk controls, audits, scheduling, and process quality.
