Leads a bank store’s daily service, sales, and operations, coaching colleagues to provide personalized financial advice, grow customer relationships, and meet business and compliance goals.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop store colleagues to deliver customer service, advice, sales, and performance objectives.
- Oversee store operations, transactions, audits, compliance, risk mitigation, and customer issue resolution.
- Build customer relationships through financial advice, referrals, outreach, appointments, and community engagement.
