Provides client-facing everyday banking service, completes transactions, identifies client needs, and refers clients to appropriate banking partners while following risk and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Welcomes and guides clients in person and by phone, managing client flow and handling inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals.
- Processes everyday banking transactions and educates clients about banking products, services, and digital self-service options.
- Verifies client identification, follows compliance requirements, and escalates discrepancies and risk indicators.
