Provides relationship-driven banking service as a financial center’s first point of contact, handling everyday transactions, educating clients, and connecting them with suitable solutions while following risk and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Manage client flow and inquiries in person and by phone; resolve routine issues and make referrals.
- Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and identify client needs, recommending products, services, or self-service options.
- Verify client identification, follow AML and regulatory requirements, and escalate discrepancies or non-standard issues.
