About the job
Serves customers at a TD store by processing everyday banking transactions, opening and servicing accounts, and providing guidance on products and services.
What you'll do
- Process cash, deposit, withdrawal, and account-servicing transactions while following compliance and cash-control procedures.
- Educate customers about banking products and services, identify needs, and make referrals to appropriate colleagues or partners.
- Manage customer leads, outreach, appointments, and lobby traffic while supporting a positive customer experience.
