Processes everyday banking transactions at a TD Store, provides customer service, and educates customers about banking products and digital options.
What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashing checks, and other transactions accurately; balance cash drawers and related equipment.
- Address customer inquiries, guide customer flow, discuss financial and digital solutions, and refer customers to partners as needed.
- Follow security, fraud-prevention, cash-handling, and regulatory procedures; train new tellers and assist store leadership.
