Provides welcoming, accurate everyday banking service, guides clients through transactions, identifies their needs, and connects them with suitable products or specialists while following risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage in-person and phone client flow as the first point of contact; resolve routine inquiries and refer clients to appropriate partners.
- Complete everyday banking transactions accurately and educate clients about products, services, and digital self-service options.
- Verify client identification, follow compliance and authentication procedures, and escalate discrepancies or non-standard issues.
