What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other cash transactions accurately; balance cash drawers and related equipment.
- Welcome customers, resolve inquiries, explain self-service and digital options, and offer or refer customers to appropriate financial solutions.
- Follow identity verification, fraud prevention, security, audit, and regulatory procedures; mentor new tellers and assist store leadership.
