Provides everyday banking and basic consumer account support while building client relationships, identifying needs, and connecting clients with appropriate specialists.
What you'll do
- Handles client transactions, account opening and maintenance, and client inquiries while managing in-person and phone traffic.
- Educates clients about banking products, services, and digital capabilities; identifies needs and makes referrals or schedules appointments.
