What you'll do
- Handle everyday banking transactions and basic consumer account opening and maintenance; guide clients through the financial center and respond to inquiries.
- Identify client needs, explain products and digital services, conduct outreach, and refer clients to appropriate specialists.
- Follow AML, identification, documentation, and other risk and regulatory procedures; escalate discrepancies and non-standard issues.
