Delivers everyday banking services, supports consumer account needs, and builds client relationships while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Processes banking transactions and basic consumer account opening and maintenance; guides clients and manages in-person and phone traffic.
- Identifies client needs, explains products and digital services, and refers clients to appropriate partners or specialists.
- Verifies client information and follows operational, AML, and regulatory requirements; escalates discrepancies and non-standard issues.
