About the job
Provides customer banking transactions, account services, and financial product guidance at a TD store, while building relationships and referring customers to appropriate banking experts.
What you'll do
- Process daily banking transactions and open, close, and service personal deposit accounts.
- Educate customers on banking products and digital tools, offer financial guidance, and identify referral opportunities.
- Manage customer appointments and leads while following operational, compliance, and cash-handling procedures.
