Provides everyday banking services, supports consumer account needs, and builds client relationships through personalized service, needs-based guidance, and appropriate referrals.
What you'll do
- Process banking transactions and basic account opening and maintenance accurately and within established limits.
- Manage in-person and phone client flow, answer inquiries, resolve routine issues, and refer clients to appropriate partners.
- Educate clients about banking products and digital services, conduct outreach, and follow compliance and risk procedures.
