What you'll do
- Handle banking transactions and basic account opening and maintenance; guide clients through the financial center and resolve routine inquiries.
- Identify client needs, explain banking products and digital services, and refer clients to appropriate specialists.
- Verify client identity, follow AML and other compliance procedures, and escalate discrepancies or non-standard issues.
