Provides everyday banking services, supports consumer account needs, and builds client relationships through personalized service, referrals, and compliant transactions.
What you'll do
- Manage client flow and handle inquiries, everyday transactions, account opening and maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Identify client needs, explain banking products and digital services, and refer clients to appropriate specialists.
- Follow regulatory, risk, identification, authentication, and documentation requirements; escalate discrepancies and non-standard issues.
