About the job
Delivers everyday banking services, helps clients with basic account needs, and identifies and refers clients to suitable products and specialists while following risk and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Manage in-person and phone client flow, resolve routine inquiries, and refer clients to appropriate partners.
- Complete everyday banking transactions and basic consumer account opening and maintenance accurately.
- Educate clients about banking products and digital services, and conduct outreach to support appointments and relationship growth.
