About the job
Negotiates and reviews legal documentation for capital markets trading products, advising stakeholders on regulatory requirements while protecting TD Securities’ legal, risk, and operational interests.
What you'll do
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and finalize trading agreements with global counterparties, including prime brokerage and derivatives documentation.
- Coordinate documentation negotiations with clients, external counsel, and internal Credit, Business, Tax, Legal, Operations, and Collateral Management teams.
- Provide regulatory guidance, track negotiation workflow, and support documentation, process automation, and regulatory implementation initiatives.
