Provides customer service, loan documentation, transaction processing, and administrative support to commercial banking relationship teams.
What you'll do
- Supports Relationship Managers with loan closings, financial statements, reporting, correspondence, and loan administration.
- Processes customer transactions, including payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line-of-credit adjustments.
- Acts as a customer-service contact, resolving or coordinating research on customer issues.
