What you'll do
- Manages construction loans from pre-closing through project completion, including documentation review and disbursement administration.
- Reviews advance requests, budgets, inspections, and project costs; recommends funding or holdbacks and addresses exceptions.
- Maintains loan and project records, coordinates advances and repayments, and advises internal partners on construction loan policies and standards.
