What you'll do
- Develop and oversee P&L attribution methodologies, controls, reviews, and analytics for complex derivative portfolios.
- Lead technology integration and strategic platform delivery, including automation and data lineage improvements.
- Manage and mentor Finance and Product Control staff; communicate attribution findings to senior management and regulatory stakeholders.
