What you'll do
- Advise Transaction Banking leaders and provide risk oversight and effective challenge for payment-related change, from approval and readiness through implementation and business-as-usual ownership.
- Coordinate risk and control engagement across business, product, operations, technology, compliance, legal, audit, and risk partners; monitor and escalate material risks and remediation.
- Improve change governance, reporting, controls, and team capabilities; lead, coach, and develop Governance and Controls colleagues.
