Manages Financial Advisors in an assigned territory, overseeing their performance, compliance, sales, client referrals, and relationships with retail and wealth partners.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and supervise Financial Advisors; assess performance and maintain a staffing pipeline.
- Drive Mass Affluent product sales, financial planning proposals, and Wealth and brokerage referrals while meeting revenue and growth goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate territory and store coverage, build partner relationships, and support complex product sales and client meetings.
