Manages Financial Advisors across an assigned territory, overseeing staffing, performance, regulatory compliance, sales, referrals, and relationships with retail and wealth partners.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and supervise Financial Advisors; manage performance and staffing needs.
- Drive Mass Affluent product sales, wealth and brokerage referrals, revenue goals, territory coverage, and partner relationships.
- Oversee suitability and regulatory compliance, support complex sales and client meetings, and lead marketing and business-development activities.
