About the job
Manages TD’s Home Equity portfolio products and programs, developing and executing strategies that improve customer experience and achieve growth and financial objectives.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement portfolio strategies for HELOC and HELOAN, including retention, utilization, growth, repayment periods, fixed-rate options, and line access.
- Analyze product performance, market and competitor trends, and customer needs; build business cases, forecasts, and plans to support product improvements and growth.
- Coordinate with internal partners and service providers on product initiatives, customer issues, risk management, and delivery.
