What you'll do
- Conduct client outreach and needs-based conversations; recommend solutions and coordinate referrals to internal partners.
- Acquire, retain, and deepen client relationships while delivering service and meeting individual and store performance metrics.
- Support loan applications and closings, maintain required NMLS registration, and follow banking, compliance, and client due-diligence procedures.
