Manages and grows relationships with mass-affluent clients by providing personalized banking advice, handling their banking needs, and connecting them with financial specialists.
What you'll do
- Proactively engage clients, review their financial needs, recommend banking solutions, and coordinate referrals to internal partners.
- Develop, retain, and deepen a mass-affluent client portfolio through outreach, consultative sales, and service.
- Discuss loan products, facilitate applications and closings, and follow banking, mortgage, and client due-diligence requirements.
