What you'll do
- Engage clients through walk-ins, leads, and outreach; conduct goals-based discovery and connect clients with relevant products, services, or partners.
- Support client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth, including handling mortgage inquiries and referrals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow bank policies, AML requirements, and other regulatory standards.
