Build and deepen client relationships at a bank location by providing consultative banking guidance, personalized solutions, and appropriate mortgage referrals while meeting risk and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Acquire and grow client relationships through discovery, outreach, personalized recommendations, and follow-up.
- Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; address concerns and refer mortgage inquiries as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including client identification and risk escalation.
